Transpennine Trail Charity Bike Ride

Peter Hartley, with his daughter Emma, her partner, Peter Cook & another friend are cycling the Trans Pennine Trail, from Southport to Hornsea including a return trip to York, approx 250 miles, in aid of St Leonards Hospice in York over the Bank Holiday 24th to 26th May 2014.
This is to raise funds for the Hospice to thank them for the Care & Support they gave to both Peter’s parents when they both lost their respective fights against Cancer in May & June 2004.
Together with the respite, care, & support they give to hundreds of people each year.
If anyone is prepared to sponsor Peter to raise funds for this excellent local charitable cause, you can see either Peter to complete a Sponsor Form or see the JustGiving web page.
All donations gratefully received.
Peter is also looking for a couple of volunteers to help with a hatch back car or van, to take 3 bikes & riders to Southport on evening of Friday 23rd May &/or bring back from Hornsea on evening of Monday 26th May.
